This included adjusting account settings, validating and approving IP addresses for enhanced security, establishing business units to streamline organization, and ensuring reliable email deliverability. The creation of FTP accounts added the final touch, facilitating smooth file transfers across the platform.

In the second phase, our focus shifted to creating a robust data foundation within Marketing Cloud. We activated Marketing Cloud Connect to establish seamless data flow, crafted data extensions to organize and manage information effectively, and implemented SQL queries for efficient data handling. This phase laid the groundwork for a future-proof data infrastructure.
