For the final step of ‘Einstein Recommendations’ implementation, we collaborated with our client to leverage Rule Manager within the SFMC UI. Through this process, we assisted in fine-tuning their Einstein Recommendations to precisely align with their business objectives and customer needs. By utilizing Rule Manager, our client gained enhanced control over recommendation outcomes, ensuring optimal performance and relevance across both email and web.
As an example of the rules implemented, we tailored recommendations to match specific user interactions. For instance, we configured rules to ensure that only sale items are recommended when a subscriber views a sale item. This targeted approach not only enhances the user experience by showcasing relevant content but also maximizes the effectiveness of promotional efforts, driving engagement and conversion rates.
