The primary focus for this client involved establishing a comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud (DC) implementation/integration from the ground up, with a key emphasis on seamless third-party integration. The main objective of the project was to formulate an effective data strategy, ensuring harmonization across SFMC, Data Cloud, and various external systems, including Shopify, Salesforce CRM, and Google Analytics.
