Triggered by APIs upon cart abandonment on the client's website, this campaign seamlessly directed contacts into Journey Builder. The journey involved multiple flows with real-time data checks to ensure contact qualification at each step. Ongoing checks were implemented to verify the absence of a purchase, with database calls confirming the contact's status before launching the cart abandonment campaign.
